Before Use

• Ensure the monitor is placed on a flat stable surface
• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol or caffeine, smoking,excersising, or bathing for 30 mins before taking a measurement

Maintenance and Care

• Clean the device with a soft dry cloth. Do not use any abrasive or volatile cleaners
• Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Periodically check the cuff for wear and tear and replace if neccesary
